1. Acceptance of these terms
Welcome to Albania Vibe (the "site"), a travel content site that is part of a network of travel sites run by the same operator (the "operator"). By using the site, including its content, links and forms, you (the "user") fully and expressly agree to these terms of use and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree to any part, please do not use the site.
Use is permitted for lawful purposes only and by users legally able to enter into an agreement. The operator may update these terms from time to time at its sole discretion, and the version published on this page at the time of your visit is the one that applies. The operator may also change, suspend or discontinue the site, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
2. Nature of the information
All content on the site, including guides, itineraries, recommendations, prices, opening hours and details about attractions, hotels and travel services, is provided for general information and inspiration only, and does not constitute professional advice of any kind. We work hard to keep the information as complete and accurate as possible, but it may contain honest inaccuracies, errors or details that are out of date. Prices, availability and on-the-ground conditions change often, and it is your responsibility to verify every detail with the relevant official source before booking, buying or travelling.
3. Limitation of liability
The information and service are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator and anyone on its behalf will not be liable for any direct or indirect, financial or non-financial damage caused to the user or a third party as a result of using the site or relying on its content, including due to honest inaccuracies or errors. The operator does not warrant that the site will run continuously, without faults, or that it will be immune to unauthorised access, malware or failures.
4. Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links on the site are affiliate links: if you book or buy through them, the operator may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The bookings and purchases themselves take place on third-party sites (such as flight, hotel, attraction and car-rental platforms) and are subject to their terms and policies, and the operator is not a party to the transaction. The operator is not responsible for the availability, content, prices or quality of service of third-party sites, and any claim regarding them should be directed to that third party.
5. User content and comments
Where the site allows comments or user content, you are solely responsible for what you post and agree not to post content that is offensive, misleading, threatening, discriminatory, infringing, pornographic or otherwise unlawful. The operator is not responsible for user content, may remove any content and block any user at its discretion and without prior notice, and user content does not represent the operator's views.
6. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the site, including the text, design, logo and the way the content is presented and edited, belong exclusively to the operator (except third-party content, such as licensed images, which belongs to its owners). You may share links to the site's pages. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or make commercial use of the content, in whole or in part, without prior written permission from the operator.
7. Newsletter and email
If you subscribe to the mailing list, you agree to receive updates and marketing content from the operator by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every message or by contacting the operator.
8. Privacy
Use of the site is also subject to the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. We recommend you read it carefully.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the operator and anyone on its behalf for any damage, loss, payment or expense (including legal fees and court costs) caused to them by your harmful, malicious or negligent use of the site or by your breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, and any dispute relating to them will be subject to the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction. Travel services purchased from a third party may be subject to different law under that provider's terms, which you should check independently.
11. The paid feature, payment and delivery
Who you buy from. The paid feature on this site is sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited or its regional affiliate), acting as merchant of record. Paddle is the party you contract with for the purchase: it processes your payment, issues your receipt, collects any tax that applies where you live, and handles refunds. The exact contracting entity for your region is shown at checkout, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms . The operator of this site provides the feature itself and supports you in using it.
What is sold.Access to the personal trip builder ("My Trip") on the destination site where the purchase was made: the planner turns the places you saved into a day-by-day schedule with times, distances and opening hours, and lets you edit, save and share it. All of the content stays free in full: the guides, the map, the place lists, the published itineraries and the downloadable guide are available to every visitor without payment and without signing up. What you buy is the personal feature only, not access to information that was free before.
Price and term. The price is $39, paid once. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated by Paddle and shown to you before you pay. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal: you will not be charged again, and this site never stores your card. Access lasts 12 months from the purchase date; when it ends the personal feature closes and all of the free content stays open as usual.
Access is limited to the destination site where you bought it. This site is one of a network of separate destination sites, and a purchase on one of them does not grant access, a discount or any other right on another. To use the feature for a second destination, buy it there separately. This is stated on the purchase page before you pay.
Delivery. The feature is digital, so delivery is immediate and electronic only, with nothing shipped: once payment completes, access opens in the browser you bought from, and a personal activation link is sent to the email address you entered, normally within minutes. That link is also how you restore access on another device or after clearing your browser data. There are no accounts, passwords or sign-ups on this site, so keeping the email is the easiest way back in. If it has not arrived within an hour, including in spam, write to us and we will send it again.
Our responsibility. The operator is responsible for delivering the feature you paid for and keeping it working for the term. You get what you paid for, or you get your money back in full. A fault that blocks access will be fixed by us, and if we cannot fix it within a reasonable time the payment is refunded. This responsibility covers the feature sold here and does not extend to travel services bought from third parties through affiliate links, which are covered by section 4 and by that provider's own terms.
Card details. Payment takes place on Paddle's secure checkout. Your card details never pass through this site and are never stored on it. Your receipt is sent by Paddle to the email address you gave at checkout; if it does not arrive, contact us and we will have it resent.
12. Refunds and cancellation
Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of buying and receive a full refund of the amount you paid. You do not need to give a reason.
How to cancel. Email gotravelwithus101@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout. The refund is issued through Paddle to the original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Once refunded, the personal feature closes, and the places you saved stay in your browser and are not deleted.
If you did not get what you paid for, you get your money back. This applies beyond the 14 days: if the feature you bought is not actually available for a reason within our control, the full payment is refunded whatever the date. Otherwise the purchase is a one-time purchase of access for a fixed term, and there is no pro-rata refund for unused time. After the term ends all of the site's content remains available without payment.
Your statutory rights. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in, including any right to withdraw from a distance purchase. Our 14-day policy applies in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
